Here is an excerpt from a note on their blog. Solomon is an orphan they were in the process of adopting when the earthquake hit.
Dear Family and Friends,
A short updated noted. Patrick and I were able to join the orphans of Solomon's orphanage in a military evacuation Saturday afternoon. We arrived in Denver yesterday safe and sound into the arms of welcoming friends and family.
